There are some foods that can be harmful to a developing fetus. All meats should be cooked completely to avoid bacteria. Reduce your caffeine intake, maintain an exercise program, and eliminate, tobacco, drugs, and alcohol completely. Healthy exercise activities, such as walking while pregnant can be very beneficial.
